The Insider cabin (approx. 105–175 sq ft) is the most compact stateroom on board. Despite the smaller footprint, Virgin has patented a non-uniform room shape to create the feeling of extra space. Cabins feature a "Seabed" (a transformational sofa/bed), 43" 4K smart TV, rain shower, mini-bar, electronic safe, USB charging ports, mood lighting, and a fixed iPad for room controls.

Virgin Voyages' fourth and newest adults-only (18+) ship, Brilliant Lady debuted in August 2025. She is the most distinct of the four Lady-class ships, with structural modifications that make her the only vessel in the fleet designed to transit the Panama Canal. She sails exclusively North American destinations including the Caribbean, New England & Canada, Panama Canal, U.S. West Coast/Mexico, and Alaska. She features the fleet's largest pool area, new dining concepts, and a new dinner show (Murder in the Manor).
